Royalty Fees
The Initial Licensee Fee is $15,000 for each licensed location. The fee will be paid in two installments. The first is a $5,000 deposit that provides the prospect the ability to access confidential information and secure our services. The second payment of $10,000 is due when we have finalized our site selection and the license prospect submits for site acceptance.
The On-Going Royalty Rate is $150.00 to $200.00 weekly (No percentage of Sale Fee) Construction Start Up Costs
Start up cost for a Pacifica Pizza Licensee will vary from situation to situation, but below is a range of costs to get you started. Construction consulting is available. Use this as a guide, but depending on your site, landlord, community, contractor, and/or your equipment, you will be able to adjust these costs.
